How to use:
Cooking- Savana’s highest curcumin turmeric can be used in cooking to maximise health benefits and enhance taste. Since it has high amount of curcumin, even ½ tablespoon of it is enough to bring best results.
Bedtime drink - Taking 1/4 teaspoon of Savana turmeric with 1 glass of warm milk at bedtime, helps in boosting immunity and promoting sound sleep.
Immunity boost – Daily consumption of 1/4 tablespoon of Savana turmeric with a pinch of black pepper powder in 1 glass of milk or warm water, helps in building immunity.
Seasonal infections – A mixture of 1/4 tablespoon of Savana pure turmeric and 1 tablespoon of Savana pure honey provides relief from sore throat, cold and cough. You can also add crushed ginger to it for relief from persistent cough.
